Project Management workshop
Designed for:
Managers and team members in Project Management, at early beginning of their project planning process..
Objectives:
By the end of the training the participants will be able to:
- Apply knowledge on the basics of project management
- Use various tools & formats, and to set up, start and control the project
- ‘Contract’ your project with the Principal and team members
- Work on your own project (proposal)
- Effectively manage Risks and Stakeholders in your projects
- Apply different change strategies to your project strategy
- Handle (interpersonal) communication and (possible) conflicts in your projects and organisation.
Duration: 3 days
Program content:
- The participants will work during the workshop on their own or (collective) Project Plan
- The tools and techniques of Project Management including access to the Project Management toolkit and the base approach
Learning methods:
The contracting and communication side of project management, the game between Project Manager and his Project Principal. Short lectures followed by practical exercise on own project, group discussions, group work and group presentations for feedback.
